Axobon Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

When you sign up or use AXOBON, you tell us about your company and projects. You also provide payment information — which our payment processor (Polar) handles securely on your behalf. We never see your credit card details.

We also keep first-party activity records when you use certain AXOBON features (for example inviting teammates or sharing a report) to operate and improve the platform. These records stay in our own systems and are not sent to any third-party analytics service while such integrations remain disabled. We do not currently measure how much time you spend in the product. These activity records do not store your IP address; IP addresses are processed transiently for security (for example sign-in rate limiting), and specific super-admin security-audit events may record the administrator's IP address.

How We Use Your Information

Here's what we do with your data:

  • Deliver AXOBON and keep it running reliably
  • Process payments and send you invoices
  • Answer your questions and improve support
  • Make features better based on how you use them
  • Keep bad actors out and protect your data
  • Follow the law when we legally have to

We don't spam you with marketing emails. We don't sell your data. Period.

AI and Data Analysis

AXOBON uses AI to give you faster blueprint analysis, cost estimates, and recommendations for your projects. Think of it as a tool that learns from thousands of projects — not a replacement for your judgment.

Third Parties We Work With

Polar processes all payments as our Merchant of Record — we never store your card details. Resend delivers transactional emails on our behalf. Our codebase includes an optional PostHog analytics integration, but PostHog analytics is not currently enabled and we are not currently sending product-usage analytics to PostHog; if that changes, this disclosure will be updated first. None of these providers have access to your project data.

We never sell your data. We never share your project data with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.

Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.2+). We do not process payment card data directly. Payment processing is handled by Polar as our Merchant of Record, which manages all PCI compliance on your behalf.

Each company's data is fully isolated from other companies on the platform.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon account cancellation, you may request full deletion of your data within 30 days by contacting support@axobon.com.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Export your data at any time from your account settings
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
